I ordered a battery-operated scooter for disability for a total of $59.85 on 1020-2023. Their tracking said it was DELIVERED 1111-2023 (a Saturday) at my home and guess what? IT’S NOT HERE!!! I’m going to give them until the 4th week, starting 1112-2023, before going to the BBB. Plus, the phone number listed for them is NOT in service. After the 4th week they need to reimburse me the 59.85 or have my order AT MY DOOR. I’ll include this when I contact the BBB.
