Waterfall Scammers on Tiktok

October 6, 2023

I found this page via Tiktok. It was a simple facial bar soap I wanted to try and it said it only cost around $7-$9. With shipping it came out to 10.90. There was a message before checkout asking for a VIP thing to get me an added free bar of soap to which I unknowingly agreed but then it said it was only a $2 extra charge. I assumed it paying for the VIP ticket. Later on, I saw I was charged another 13.95! After already paying $10.90… I emailed this company a day later using their Inquiries Link. I have NOT gotten a response back. I have NOT even received the soap either. An email was sent to me claiming my item had shipped. But now when I go to the Waterfalls link in my email, it says “Sorry, this site is unavailable” a week or 2 later. And finally, this morning I got a notification from my online bank that secured my account by blocking them from charging me another $29.99… I have not made a SINGLE purchase from them since that first $10.90 charge. They tried to use my card and were unsuccessful. But made it clear at that moment that they are SCAMMERS.

Purchased cologne from TikTok shop Elevate Jewels.

January 29, 2024

I purchased a bottle of cologne from the TikTok shop from Elevate Jewels. This was a 13.95 charge. I noticed a 14.95 charge from themarbellas.com. I never clicked on that site I have no idea what they sell. Also, this is a brand new card. So I know these charges are linked together somehow. I will dispute this charge

The Marbellas could be the WaterFalls Company

September 16, 2023

I was looking through my spending on my bank app and noticed $46 spent on an unknown company going by the Marbellas. I didn’t know what I had spent it on and couldn’t remember ever purchasing anything that was $46 so I clicked on it and looked for more info regarding the company I came across this website and saw the company name the waterfalls which then made me realize I had recently purchased items from that store but that only cost like $17. the trading name was the Marbella, when I looked for more info I realized it could be the waterfalls company I had recently purchased stuff from. but that was weeks ago and not worth $46.
