Was charged 02-19-24 $39.95 by Horizon Direct a company I never had contact with. I sent e-mail to them immediately + have been doing so ever since, they e-mailed back that sm1 would contact me but they never do. I threatened them with the BBB, THE FTC, and they still don’t respond, these internet muggers. I cancelled my card + reported to my bank. This can’t continue, something has to be done.

No idea who Horizon is. Was told that when I ordered merch (before Christmas) from an affiliate it was automatically bundled with Horizon. Was assured that fee would be refunded in 7-10 days. Called the fraud line where I bank to request a report of the bogus transaction and vigilance in denying future attempts to withdraw additional funds via my debit account.

“Horizon Direct” is a criminal money laundering operation. Note the fraudulent changes going though just after midnight, when most of the victims are asleep. This had been going on for years and no one in law enforcement has lifted a finger to stop them. Thus, these criminals will continue preying in senior citizens.
